Innovative cooking apparatus

Convenient and efficient cooking equipment is popular in many markets, including country home items, camping tools, and barbecue accessories. A new portable, multi-purpose combination barbecue and stove apparatus has been developed that cooks perfectly, quickly, and in an energy efficient manner.
Innovative cooking apparatus
This innovative cooking equipment, designed by an inventor in Northern Ireland, both cooks and heats in indoor and outdoor environments. The barbecue/stove apparatus utilises charcoal, is made out of iron, and cast in a Victorian style that is aesthetically pleasing. Its innovation lies in that two thirds of the heat the charcoal or wood creates is forced downwards, which makes the equipment fuel-efficient. This air-flow into the equipment is controllable by a patented process that regulates the cooking temperature.

The apparatus roasts food in its roasting cast iron dish as quickly as a conventional microwave oven does. Another important feature is that the food prepared in this stove tastes healthy while still retaining a gourmet essence. A grill facility exists above this oven and both can be utilised simultaneously. As the temperature of the cooking surface is regulated by the innovative patented process, grilled food is not burnt by excess heating. All these features could make the barbecue/stove popular for use in country homes, camping, and barbecuing.

This innovative barbecue/stove equipment has many advantages, including a dishwasher safe stainless steel grill plate that is easily cleaned. Also, the cooking equipment does not have nuts or bolts so that it can be easily disassembled and assembled for transportation or cleaning. In fact, the barbecue/stove's advantages and innovative patented temperature control process could make it widely marketable.
