Call announcement for a new project partner for COSMIC
The COSMIC ('Complementary organic semiconductor and metal integrated circuits') project has announced a call for a partner with comprehensive expertise in the area of organic integrated circuits. The new partner's task will be to demonstrate project developments in an ambitious lead application for organic integrated circuits, e.g. a line driver circuit for QVGA displays (240 lines) or a comparable flexible organic circuit of similar complexity. The work includes specification, design, fabrication and characterisation of the integrated circuit, which must be based on p- and n-type organic semiconductors. It should be fabricated at the final stage on foil substrates. COSMIC is funded under the Seventh Framework Programme (FP7) and will run until December 2013. COSMIC aims to develop applications of direct relevance to consortium partners and demonstrate the capability of organic complementary technology in generating value for European industry.To see the full details of the call, please consult: http://www.project-cosmic.eu/
