Responsible Research and Innovation – Shaping New Horizons

The projects - GREAT, RES-AGORA, RESPONSIBILITY, and PROGRESS – were launched in February 2013 with the goal of improving the scientific community’s understanding of the emerging concept of responsible research and innovation (RRI). Their ambition has been to develop tools and approaches to increase the uptake of RRI in Europe and beyond.
This joint final conference is an opportunity for the projects to present their findings to researchers, policymakers and a broad range of stakeholders. Key themes to be addressed include: RRI and governance; RRI and the current policy landscape; the international dimension of RRI; and evaluating RRI.
