SME Brokerage Event - Agriculture and fisheries

A brokerage event for SMEs interested in participating in CRAFT projects within the scope of the Community's FAIR programme will be held in Brussels, Belgium, on 6 February 1998. The event is organized by the European Commission and the SME Focal Points network.

The meeting will allow SMEs to meet with potential project partners and discuss project ideas in the fields of Agriculture and Fisheries. It will facilitate applications before the final deadline for submission of CRAFT proposals in the field under the Fourth Framework Programme, which will be 8 April 1998.

All areas of the FAIR work programme will be covered during the event. By circulating information before the event and careful pre-matching of participants, it is hoped to maximize the usefulness of the event to SMEs.

Participation will be limited to a maximum of 80 SMEs, who will be selected on a first come first served basis.
