Objectif The aim of our project is to use, exploitation and dissemination of results from non-nuclear energy research, technological development and demonstration projects funded under the current 5th framework programmes. Our work programme must evaluate the needs of market actors and encourage them to use clean and efficient technologies. It must implement evaluation processes and analysis of results (performance indicators). It must promote information dissemination and provide a support for a national focal point for transnational actions. These objectives will be linked mainly with RUE and RES. It will be aimed at local authorities, housing and service sectors in France and in island regions.
