Deliverables

Prototypes of relevant geometries and data from systematic characterization trials

Provide prototypes of relevant geometries and data from systematic characterization trials. Prepare the results that they are suitable as a demonstrator for the public.

Provide demonstrator system with 120x75x100 mm³ build volume and 15 µm resolution

Provide report on public demonstrator system.

Provide first ceramic component for medical technology made from alumina

Provide first ceramic component for medical technology made from alumina - Ceramic item for medical technology, currently aiming at endoscopy instruments, first made from alumina (in the later stages of the project silicon nitride is planned)

Provide report on industrial interest group

Within WP8 an industrial interest group, mainly recruited from potential future clients of the involved SMEs will be established.

Provide characterization of sintered ceramic and cermet parts

Report on mechanical and microstructural properties.

Environmental screening of existing processes reports

Environmental screening of existing processes reports - Identification of each input and output of each current processes - identification of each elementary flows at each production step - ILCD format

LCA of ToMax process

Life cycle assessment of ToMax process - according to ISO 14040 - 44 - definition of scope and goals - life cycle inventory building - life cycle impact assessment - interpretation of the innovative processes

Stakeholder Community database

Database that documents and clusters the targeted stakeholders in the project to receive newsletters and exploitation oriented dissemination materials (month 12 and updated at each successive periodic report
