Modelling and Experiment plans - Scenarios and Use Cases

D31 Provides a case specific ASIS and TOBE analysis with a description of the scenarios in this Living Lab a measurement strategy based on set KPIs and a monitoring mechanismThis deliverable focuses on the qualitative and quantitative analysis of various aspects of the multimodal travelling today before and after the introduction of the unified approach of EuTravel Common cases of multimodal travel are examined happy day scenarios changes to travel plans due to weathernatural disasters etc IT systems failures The Living Lab dashboard is documented here design decisions features technical implementation and technologies used Each scenario will consist of a number of services Based on descriptions of the services use cases for each of the services will be specified together with functions of the services The functions will be further analysed in order to identify functional and nonfunctional requirements facilitating measurement

Living Lab Setup

This deliverable examines the design development deployment and results of the testbench environment that will allow the thorough measurable and objective evaluation of the EuTravels innovative approach It will includeThe deployment of a testing environment that allow users evaluation of functional and non functional aspects of the EuTravel servicesAutomated interfacing capabilities exposed for testing with existing IT systems of transport service providers transport infrastructure providers and AuthoritiesMetrics and reports for consolidating the outcomes of the testing process

EuTravel Value Added Services

D24 Specification and prototyping of online tools that allow Ecosystem participants to semantically annotate and interlink their data and services allowing them to be searchable and interoperable in the Ecosystem

Technology Knowledge Base and Observatory

D13 Technology Knowledge Base and Observatory NCSRD M12D13 Identifies leading edge technologies ITS developments and success stories across Europe that will be consolidated in the initial project knowledge leading to the selection of technologies to be used and to be monitored Inventory structuring and publishing via the web portal of relevant information in a useful way transforming information into knowledge Lessons learned from the living labs will be added The Observatory will be part of the outputs to form part of the EuTravel Sustainability plan

EU Optimodality Framework

D1.4 EU Optimodality Framework [ILS, M12] D1.4 Sets the co-operation framework between interacting parties and incentivises all stakeholders, to share their data and allow real-time Optimodal travelling. Includes: a. EuTravel services and data sharing processes. b. Cooperation processes, decision mechanisms and structures for consensus building. c. A road map to reach the widest possible geographical and modal coverage. D1.4 process and data models will be publically available in sufficient detail to produce software support services. Support documentation will include: • An XSD description. • White paper on advances with respect to Instant Mobility and other reference projects and mapping to TAP-TSI. • Four Optimodality Framework case studies on interaction between project partners GDSs - Amadeus, Travelport, Silverrail and Pharos with mode representatives - Eurolines/Distribusion, Britanny, FGC, Trenitalia.

Exploitation Plan - Sustainable Development Roadmap

A full exploitation plan – Roadmap, including Market Analysis and IPR issues as agreed among partners.

Policy, Legal and Standardization Requirements Analysis Report

D12 Policy Legal and Standardization Requirements Analysis Report HD M5D12 Identifies policy and legal influence factors relevant standards and standardisation activities gaps to be addressed by the project and follow up strategy

EuTravel Stakeholder Requirements Specification

D11 EuTravel Stakeholder Requirements Specification BMT M5D11 will provide a stakeholder needs analysis for Optimodal travel from the perspectives of travel users transport service providers in all modes transport infrastructure providers travel service providers and authorities linked to research focus areas and associated KPIs and will layout the development roadmap for the project

Technology Ecosystem Architecture

D21 Architectural model of the Ecosystem and APIs architecture including a metaAPI allowing the Ecosystem participants content providers to interact by publishing their service descriptions in industry standard or proprietary formats Defines the framework interoperability semantics semantic translation mediation and conversion services that will facilitate intermodal travelling

Living Lab operation learning refinements and reporting

D33 specifies concrete quantified measurements indicators which have been taken at the beginning and at the end of the scenario T31 as well as specific conclusions and recommendations This deliverable focuses on the impact of the EuTravels innovative approach from the perspective of the end users travellers the ecosystem participants and other stakeholders authorities technical staff It is meaningful to examine how the approach that EuTravel suggests propagates to the growth of the multimodal travelling domain for the key player businessesAlso this deliverable will report outputs from Plan Do Check Act cyclesConclusions will include promising ideas for further research or innovation and limitations technological political or commercial that could affect the effectiveness of the EuTravels unified Optimodal travelling concept

Communications Programme

D44 consists of the following parts each of which will be lead by another partner D44a Project Website and Dissemination Materials EBOSFirst website version will be setup on M2 and will be continuously updated by the end of the project Material will be produced and published throughout the duration of the projectD44b Dissemination Strategy Communication Plan and Evaluation Report ILSWill include all components of the dissemination strategy communication activities calendar and reports and evaluationamendment reports This report will include the description of clustering and liaising actions with other relevant RDI projectsD44c Data Management Plan BMT

Ecosystem Specification and Prototype Implementation

D22 Produces modelsblueprints and proof of concept prototypes of travel services and data published on the Ecosystem supporting realistic operational conditions of intermodal travelling per stakeholder role and per business function in order to demonstrate the search discovery interoperability and composability of travel services within the ecosystem implementation to be tested in the living lab

One-stop, cross-device multilingual interface

D23 Specification and prototyping of the onestop crossdevice multilingual navigation interface that will be used in the living lab by travel consumers
