Bridging the gap: from Individual Behaviour to the Socio-tEchnical MaN

Deliverables

First reports on case studies

First reports on the outcome of the CS, focused on the results of econometric analysis and the behavior rules detected. The report will describe the behavior observed in the experiment and the heuristics or models to explore as possible descriptors or mechanisms of that behavior.

Final check report

Final progress reports

Generic model

Generic model template: structure and specifications. This will serve as a template for the models for the different case studies in such a way that incorporating the behavioral rules will be standardized and done similarly in all cases.

Final version of specific models

Final version of the specific problem models, by improving on the first version through the corresponding validation process by feedback between models and experiments.

Final data management plan

Final version of data management plan, incorporating all the improvements resulting from the project development, for future user reference and for further research using our open data

First version of specific models

First version of the specific problem models, developed according to the template of the generic model and incorporating the behavior rules uncovered by the experiments.

Final reports on case studies

Final reports on the outcome of the CS, including validation of rules and behavioral models, as well as recommendations for improvement. The rules will be validated by implementing them in analytical or numerical models and comparing their predictions with the experiments.

First check report

First check report. On month 12 the first check will be carried out and this report will summarize all the progress made in the different workpackages, including status of deliverables and accomplishment of milestones.

Experimental protocol

Full experimental protocol, including implementation and practical issues solved. The protocol will consist of a description in detail of how to carry out the experiments and how to deal with the volunteers.

Open access to results

Software, protocols and models publicly available on the internet for exploitation and for use as open data and open software by other researchers

Periodic workshops

Periodic workshops (every 6 months starting on month 6), where the team will meet to exchange experiences and discuss on standard procedures to be implemented in the project

Validated experimental platform

Validated experimental platform with trial groups in excess of 1000, where validation means that at least one experiment has been carried out succesfully through all its phases with a group of the indicated size.

Experimental infrastructure

Functional experimental infrastructure (software & hardware), including analysis tools and data standardization. The infrastructure will allow volunteers to interact according to the designed experiments and to record their actions during them.

Project website

Dissemination website to provide information to the wide public in an appealing manner. The site will describe in an accesible language the research questions addressed in IBSEN and will report on our findings.
