This deliverable will report the innovation and exploitation actions taken, overall progress against plan, as well as on awareness on the results achieved by the project till M20. Moreover, it will describe the impact that these actions have been perceived to have as performed till M20, as well as the impact that the expected innovation till the end of the project is going to have on exploitation of its results.

Second report on Communication, Dissemination Actions, Standardization and Open Source Contributions

This deliverable updates D8.2 and will continue the effort of reporting on the communication actions and dissemination actions taken, overall progress against plan, as well as on awareness and results achieved for the project from them. Moreover, it will describe the standardization and open source contributions performed till M20, the impact that these have been perceived to have as well as the plans for further standardization and open source contributions till the end of the project.

Communication and Dissemination Plan

Report on the communication and dissemination plan (initial setup, processes and procedures, targeted channels and media, strategy and frequency, checkpoints, etc.). It will include a project Data Management Plan (DMP), required for projects participating in the Open Research Data Pilot in Horizon 2020.

Project Vision and Roadmap v2

This deliverable reports Project Vision and Roadmap of the project; it is updated each year, starting from the Description of Work document, and taking into account results generated within the project, other relevant scientific, technological or market developments, and the long term strategies of the EU and project partners. This is the second version of this deliverable at M24.

Project Vision and Roadmap v1

This deliverable reports Project Vision and Roadmap of the project; it is updated each year, starting from the Description of Work document, and taking into account results generated within the project, other relevant scientific, technological or market developments, and the long term strategies of the EU and project partners. This is the first version of this deliverable at M12.

Innovation and Exploitation Plan

This deliverable will hold the plan on identifying and driving the innovation and commercial potential for the technical work and technical goals of the project, providing common framework for innovation and driving towards commercial exploitation for the efforts and results from all technical work packages. Moreover, the plan will describe the process by which identification of potential innovation and commercial exploitation inhibitors, within and between the work packages, is going to take place. Finally, the process and procedures by which the summaries for the periodic reports and annual reports, as well as for the reviews are to be produced.

Use cases, technical and business requirements

The goal of the deliverable is to document the SUPERFLUDITY use cases and the technical and business requirements.

Final Report on Standardization and Open Source Contributions

This deliverable will be the final deliverable describing the standardization actions and their status as well as the open source contributions performed overall task progress and performance against plan. Further it will describe the results achieved in standardization and relative acceptance and usage of the open source contributions made. Moreover, it will describe the impact that these efforts and contributions have effected, as well as further standardization that is driven by the project results.

Final system architecture, programming interfaces and security framework specification

This deliverable will revise and extend the prior deliverable, based on the first detailed round of per-layer specification work.

Final Report on Innovation and Exploitation Actions

This deliverable is going to be the final project deliverable in regards to reporting the innovation and exploitation results, overall progress achieved and performance against plan, as well as on the awareness on the innovation and exploitation results that have been achieved overall by the project. Moreover, it will describe the impact that these actions have delivered, as well as further innovation that the project is driving after its completion. The report will include the measurable exploitation results that have been achieved and their drive towards further growth.

First report on Communication, Dissemination Actions, Standardization and Open Source Contributio

This deliverable will provide a first reporting on the communication actions and dissemination actions taken, overall progress against plan, as well as on awareness and results achieved for the project from them. Moreover, it will describe the standardization and open source contributions performed till M12, the impact that these have been perceived to have as well as the plans for further standardization and open source contributions till the end of the project.

Platform API Design and Implementation

This deliverable will focus on the design and implementation of the platform’s API. The API will be used by the architecture defined in WP3 to monitor platforms and to instantiate, migrate and stop virtualized network services on the platform. The deliverable will further report on the integration of the platform’s superfluidity mechanisms and its optimal allocation algorithms into a unifying platform.

Function Allocation Algorithms Implementation and Evaluation

This deliverable will update I5.1 and provide the final report on the implementation and evaluation of the platform’s allocation algorithms that map network services.

System Orchestration and Management design and implementation

In this deliverable, we will conclude the efforts of all three tasks. Specifically, we will finalize the control framework, design of the SLA based deployment, and complete the implementation and testing of both the symbolic execution checking tool as well as the automatic monitoring and anomaly detection tools.

Mechanisms for Network Service Dynamics and Performance

This deliverable will report on the implementation of mechanisms that the platform will use to support superfluidity: the ability to run virtualized network services on common, shared infrastructure whenever and wherever it is needed in the network. The mechanisms will include support for near instantaneous instantiation, reconfiguration and migration, as well as dynamic scalability at tiny timescales. Finally, the deliverable will include research on massive scalability mechanisms.

Final Report on Communication, Dissemination Actions

This is the final project deliverable in regards to reporting the communication and dissemination actions that have been taken, overall progress achieved, as well as the awareness and mindshare on the results that have been achieved by the project.
