Deliverables Websites, patent fillings, videos etc. (2) Project website TESSe2b website represents the main source of information on all project activities and achievements. A project website will host an internal area with password-protected access for project partners, in order to share documents, intermediate results, and other information, and a public external part presenting objectives, results, communication activities, contact and partner’s details, and other appropriate information. The website will be maintained for at least one year after the end of the project and its existence will be widely spread to all relevant stakeholders. It will mainly act as a source of information while in parallel ensuring the proper communication among the diverse types of stakeholders. To assess the accessibility and the acceptability of the stakeholders, a web traffic analysis tool will be utilized as an activity and quality indicator that will track the number of visitors and analyse quantitative and qualitative metrics. Project communication and dissemination plan The communication and dissemination plan will present the detailed related strategies to assure the successful communication and dissemination activities during and after the project’s end. It will define practices, models, solutions, networks and knowledge. The plane will define Individual dissemination activities per TESSe2b partner. The plan also incorporates specific means of continuously measuring the impact of various communication and dissemination activities. Other (3) Conference on teaching/training activities A conference on identification of innovation project outcomes relevant for teaching and/or training activities will be organised. A large target audience will be identified and invited to attend. Technical & scientific publications/announcements publications/announcements: All technical and scientific publications in journals and conferences, flyers, brochures, newsletters and posters will be archived in an organized way allowing an easy and efficient consult. 8 workshops with B2B meetings with industry Organization of One-day Workshops in each country represented in the project (total 8 workshops) with the objective of presenting the TESS2eb new/innovative products to potential clients and users among the industry as well as potential partners, its installation, operation and maintenance, its business advantages and financing models. During the above mentioned one-day Workshops, CRES and TEISTE will organize, B2B meetings (total 8) with industry. The implementation of B2B meetings diverges from the traditional workshops, public events or capacity building seminars having the target of disseminating the project results/applications. The main objective of the B2B meetings is to raise awareness of the TESSe2b results focusing on the applicability of its energy storage solutions facilitating the wider promotion of the final TESSe2b results and products.
