Internal reporting v2

This report will include the internal reporting findings of the GEPs implementation based on specific indicators and targets after iteration 2

Internal communication report

It will include the initial strategy for internal communication as well as the reporting of the respective activities and their outcomes in each RPO.

State of the art report

This report will synthesise the desk research and interview findings into a set of good practices of gender equality measures targeted at research institutions.

Revised RPO-specific GEPs

This report will present the revised and adapted version of RPOs GEPs after the end of implementation phase 1.

Toolkit for designing and implementing GEPs in ICT-IST research institutions v2

This report will be an updated and revised version of D3.3. The Toolkit and the guidelines will be in a final form and version delivered, to be further used as an exploitable outcome of the project.

The second version of this deliverable will consist of the final methodology to be used by the RPOs after the end of the project.

It will include specific guidelines for the easy replication of a GEP by an ICT RPO

Dissemination Plan and progress report v1

This report will provide an overview of the project’s dissemination activities, synergies and strategic impact for the first period of the project.

Twinning Activities Report

A report synthesising the twinning activities of partners and their outcomes

External assessment v1

This deliverable will present the results of the external evaluation after iteration 1. It will be an interim report highlighting progress, best practice and any specific issues with recommendations for the final phase of the project report.

Quality Assurance, Risk Management Plan

It will contain the main aspects related to the Quality Management of the project and the risk management process.

Initial RPO-specific GEPs

This report will gather the seven individual GEPs that will be implemented during the first implementation phase iteration 1

Toolkit for designing and implementing GEPs in ICT-IST research institutions v1

This report will include the strategy for the design and implementation process with a participatory and co-design approach as well as models for overcoming resistance to change. It will include specific sections on HR Management, ICT-Design and Research with a gendered approach, Gender Sensitive Institutional Communication, Teaching and services to students.

National mini reports and engagement strategies

It will present the synthesis of the GEP Working Groups together with the individual engagement strategy targeted at a departmental and organisational level.

This report will present the methodology, indicators and targets for monitoring and assessing the GEPs implementation.

It will include the assessment results for each RPO involved together with an analysis of the respective national policies

EQUAL-IST Gender Audit methodology for ICT Research Institutions v1

This report will include specific guidelines on how to perform internal assessment towards the identification of gender bias with participatory approaches.

External assessment v2

This deliverable will present the results of the external evaluation after iteration 2. This deliverable will be a summative report evaluating impact and recommendations for dynamic and sustainable (institutional) change management

Data management and RRI plan

"This report will present the project data management and the RRI approach. Open research pilot requirements according to the GA, ""Article 29.3 - Open access to research data"" will be considered."

Crowdsourcing Platform for the Development of GEPs

The Crowdsourcing Platform will be either a self-developed solution, or an adapted existing solution to support the de-centralized development of the GEPs.
