Objective Introducing on-line technology for slag analysis can radically reduce the delay time for slag analysis as well as simplify the analysis procedure. The objective of this project is to test, evaluate and introduce microwave technology as an on-line slag analysis tool on laboratory/pilot as well as production scale with the aim to reduce and to simplify the slag analysis procedure.
