EENinnoSMES2 project had planned to propose 14 KAM services in WP1 and 84 service packages in WP2, but as a result the consortium has offered 28 Enhancing SMEs Innovation Management Capacities services and 9 Key Account Management Service. The consortium could not achieve the proposed number of services especially in WP 2 during the project because of the staff changes and Partner 06 TTGV’s organizational problems
The expected impact before the analysis is defined as increasing the company’s innovation management success and its overall business performance and taking the Innovation capacities into a structure and adapts the life cycle management of products in the Marketing department before the start of the each assessment. Since the EIMC services applied to clients mostly in 2018, the short term impact is changing in their business perspective and commercialization strategies to compete with their competitors. However, we will be tracking their status and impact of the assessment in coming years to observe the increase in their employee numbers, trade amounts, cooperation amounts and profit ratios.
