Submission Website - FSTP-2 Action

The web platform that will contain all the necessary information including FAQs and active procedures to launch the FSTP2 action call and perform the submission process

Submission Website - FSTP-1 Action

The web platform that will contain all the necessary information (including FAQs) and active procedures to launch the FSTP-1 action call and perform the submission process.

EUROBENCH website

The EUROBENCH Website is an user-friendly interface will help orientate the potential user to the appropriate facility depending on his/her needs. It will also have diverse sections giving an overview of the project presenting the partners, giving resources and access to public results and deliverable (see task 8.4) There will be a “end-user and stakeholder” dedicated section with limited or restricted access for those to subscribe to news or updates in the context of the project. The website will be public, but it will have a confidential section to which only members of the consortium can access. Furthermore, this website will be updated during the whole project duration.

Dissemination final event

Organisation of a dedicated final dissemination event at the end of the project to summarise project achievements and open the channels for commercial exploitation of the project results

Communication Materials (other than the website)

Production of standardised, high quality printed material for dissemination purposes to be distributed at the conferences and other events, covering: brochures/leaflets, project information package and project posters as well as a video explaining project objectives and goals, to illustrate the scientific and practical benefits resulting straight from the outcomes of the project. These materials will be design a relased in M6, however updates and new materials will be produced throughout the whole duration of the project.

Communication Plan

The Communication Plan will ensure the design, implementation and follow up of an efficient communication strategy, starting with the mapping of Key Messages and targeted audiences to any adjustment that will be necessarily made during the implementation of the different actions. The Communication Plan will include specific strategies focused on enhancing the impact and performance indicators of the Financial Support to Third Parties actions.

Dissemination final report

The Dissemination Final Report will include the description results and when appropiate effectiveness analysis leads new contacts attendance rate followup meetings of each dissemination action carried out during the project

FSTP Committee Structure

The FSTP Committee will be appointed by the EUROBENCH Steering Committee adviced by the Scientific Advisory Board A maximum of three experts will be contacted and selected according to the requirements defined during T71 included in D71 This Deliverable will describe the FSTP Committee structure

"White and Green papers including ""stories"" and ""lessons learned"" from the testing trials"

The data obtained by testing trials FSTP2 action T75 will be used to obtain relevant information on the effectiveness of the Experimental framework This data will be analysed and converted in a number of Green and White papers including success stories and lessons learned from the testing trials These documents will be considered as validation evidence and also indicate future directions

Risk Management Plan

Risk management plan identifying sources of risks and severity, likelihood of occurrence and controllability assessment, risk responses (strategy to reduce negative impact, mitigation and contingency plans as preliminary defined) and adjust the plan and managing events that may have a positive (opportunities) or negative (threats) effect on project’s development and sustainability. Released in M3, it will remain a living document during the whole project duration.

Report on advisory management procedures

Report containing the advisory management procedures in order to enable monitoring and internal and external international guidance on the conducted activities during the evolution of the EUROBENCH project

Description of the Facilities: Building, spaces and commercial systems available

A report with the description of the facilities after finishing the followgin tasks: • Define and organize the spaces needed to allocate the different test benches, according to the technical requirements specified in T2.6. • Start the purchasing of the commercial systems that will not be developed within the project.

Project Management Handbook

Document summarising all the required knowledge for the good management of the project (administrative forms, financial aspects, quality…).

Completion of manufacturing of Reem-C. Report describing the humanoid robot platforms that will be available to the users of the open call.

Reem-C humanoid robot plus a report describing the humanoid robot platforms that will be available to the users of the open call.

Operative facilities (all test benches from success WP3, WP4, WP7 and the safety system integrated)

This deliverable is given by the full readiness of the facilities to provide benchmarking tools and services to Third parties that will validate the framework during the last phase od the Project It will include all test benches developed in WP3 WP4 and WP7
