Digital Platform for Construction in Europe

Deliverables

First national workshop

Three national workshops will be organised between month 3 and 8 The first national event will take place in M8 of the project and will take place in a MS that is not directly involved in the consortium or using webconference tools to promote a diffused involvement all around Europe The local and national stakeholders of the MS where the national workshop is taking place will be proactively invited and involved in the discussion This activity is done in support to WP2 activities in order to enlarge the community of stakeholders

First regional workshop

Two regional workshops will be organised between month 13 and 15 with the goal of disseminating verifying preliminary results of the project The first regional event will take place in month 13 In view of disseminating assessing preliminary results of the project the regional workshop will involve stakeholders from that regional area of the EU by inviting participants from more than one country The workshop should attract at least 75 participants that will act as multipliers thanks to a proper assessment of the invitees

First main project event

The project will feature 2 main events The first main project event is the launch conference which will be organised by month 3 in Brussels with the goal of gathering at least 150 attendees

Third national workshop

Three national workshops will be organised between month 3 and 8 The third national event will take place in M10 of the project and will take place in a MS that is not directly involved in the consortium or using webconference tools to promote a diffused involvement all around Europe The local and national stakeholders of the MS where the national workshop is taking place will be proactively invited and involved in the discussion This activity is done in support to WP2 activities in order to enlarge the community of stakeholders

Project website, logo, roll-up poster, leaflet and sustainable promotional channels

As described under T72 and pursuing objective A a package of dissemination tools will be developed The most relevant one the project website will rely on the work of an expert company

Second main project event

The project will feature 2 main events The second main project event will concern the closing conference in month 21 in Berlin with a target of 200 attendees

Second regional workshop

Promotional video

A short promotional video will be produced to present the scope and the objectives of the project and raise awareness of DigiPLACE within the stakeholders community

Report on the Definition of possible mitigation measures related to the revealed barriers

Report focused on the barriers identified in task T4.1

Report on the analysis of technical and social barriers in the diffusion of innovative digital techniques and technologies in the construction sector

Report on comparative analysis

This deliverables contains the report on comparative analysis of existing platforms in the construction sector and in other sectors

Report focused on the needs and expectations identified in task T4.3

Report on the analysis of the needs and expectation of the stakeholders in the construction sector with particular focus on SMEs

Platform Specifications

This deliverable will provide a highlevel specification report giving analysis results of key use cases and defining overall specifications of the targeted environment including data storagehosting ICT infrastructure query possibilities functionalitiesservices interoperability and application integration These specifications will allow to fully identify potential implementation scenarios to be analyzed in WP6

Report on need from CS

This document reports the needs definition derived from the interaction and work with the stakeholders network developed according to the means described in T23

Report on societal impact

Report with monitoring analysis and guidelines of societal impact aspects of the project for the results achieved from month 14 to month 21

Report on impact analysis

This deliverable contains the report on impact analysis for digital technologies and techniques regarding their integration in the construction sector

Strategy Roadmap and Implementation Action Plan

Starting from the results presented in D61 and D62 this deliverable proposes the strategy roadmap and the implementation action plan

Revised set of consolidated scenarios, including an economic analysis

This deliverable contains the final results obtained through the activities described in T61

Best practice studies reports

a Best practice report of essential digital competences for retraining existing workforce and studentsb Best practice report of involving and facilitating SMEs in the digitalisation pathc Best practice report on top down efforts of how different authorities can help stimulate the digitalisation of the sectord Best practice report on collaboration and sharing data information smart contracts

Architecture guidelines

As the targeted framework will not be a single software or service but a more complex interconnected ecosystem of webbased applications and solutions this deliverable will provide guidelines for a Reference Architecture This report will define the main components of the planned ecosystem and give technological guidance explaining its implementation constraints based on the SWOT analysis conducted as part of T52

Project HandBook

A final project handbook will be developed with contributions from all WP leaders The handbook will include inputs from the activities of all the WPs focussing more specifically on WPs 5 6

Final report

The report includes the final technical report with summary for publication overview of the results and their exploitation and dissemination conclusions on the action socioeconomic impact of the actions and the final financial report final summary financial statement certificate on the financial statements

Report on implementation levels

This deliverable contains the report on the identification of implementation levels of digital technologies and techniques in the European construction sector and other European industry sectors

Report focused on the barriers identified in task T4.2

Report on the Analysis of the barriers in the willingness of sharing data and information smart contracts

CS data

This deliverable contains the data collected during the interaction with the Community of Stakeholders The raw data will be collected according to the Data Management plan defined in the early phases of the project so as to guarantee the privacy of all the subjects involved
