Objective
To take advantage of the experience of two companies having developed and environmental management system (UNE Standard 77801), LABORATORIOS SERVIER (pharmaceutical industry) and INDUSTRIAS JUNO (paint industry), to ready 10 MONDRAGON CORPORACION COOPERATIVA (MCC) companies in the impartment of the EEC Ecomanagement and Ecoaudit Regulations.
Company participation in carrying out the EEC Ecomanagement and Ecoaudit Regulations requires the followng steps:
1. Information being provided by LABORATORIOS SERVICER and INDUSTRIAS JUNO to the 10 companies of the MCC Group regarding their experience in developing and environmental management system.
2. The training of the engineers and executives of the 10 participating companies with regard to environmental management.
3. The creation and development of a forum in which the participating companies can share their experiences.
4. The setting out, development and implementation of the environmental management system (UNE 77801) in each of the 10 participating companies.
5. The environmental auditing of the management system developed.
6. The 10 companies of the MCC Group report on the experience gained to the other companies in the Group (74).
7. Making information available at the national level as to the experience gained in environmental management by the MCC Group and publish a book with their experience.
