Obiettivo To analyze and assess how EC member States are carrying out and executing Council Regulation and Eco-management and audit. To develop communication methodologies to the public.The project will be carried out by 5 steps: 1) Analysis and assessment of procedures and methods used by EC member States to perform environmental programs and politics, environmental management systems, eco-auditing and public's communication schemes. All linkage and overlapping moments between Council Regulation 18367/93 and major environmental EC directives will be analyzed. 2) Analysis and assessment of EC member States administrative and juridical acts that have been performed to implement eco-audit Regulation will be developed to identify all possible and necessary follow-up at national and Community level. 3) Study of the past experiences and future needs in the field of environmental audit experts education and forming. 4) Development of a computerized data-base assembling all information and data collected in previous mentioned project steps. 5) Organization of an EC seminary (to be held in Rome for EC officers) on Community Planning for Eco-management and audit system development in which project results will be discussed.
