Objetivo
To produce a coordinated system and an unified handbook of Ecomanagement and Audit Scheme, usable by industrial sites both in Italy and in Gemany.
The project consists in an experience exchange between two consultancy companies of Italy and Germany, aimed to produce and to implement in both States an unified Ecomanagement and Audit Scheme (EEC REG 1836/93).
The pilot action will be grounded on experiences of implementation of schemes in industrial sites in Italy and in Germany and will consist of:
a) a compared evaluation of the different conditionings in each State (national standards, social/cultural/environmental factors, etc.)
b) the production of an unified ecomanagement handbook, which will cover all stages of implementation (from the environmental policy of the site to the audit visit) and which could be used from industrial sites in both States).
c) a wide spread-action aimed to inform about the results obtained.
The action will be useful to companies having sites in both States or trading in the other country, as to Verifiers. At the same time EC Commission will have useful matter to evaluate an experience of further standardization.
