AdMiRe Video/Audio System

This deliverable will describe the final AdMiRe videoaudio system It will include the results of each module technical validation will describe the final results in each rendering mode super resolution background extraction and will also provide the system itself as a demonstrator of the obtained results

Assessment Report

Results and analysis of the performance from the QoE assessments of the silhouette extractions and feedback provided for each of the phases and the overall assessment of the AdMiRe system from each of the end users

Ethics issues related to human subjects participation

This deliverable will contain the information submitted for ethical and personal data protection clearance and the respective clearances In particular templates of consent forms and technical and organizational measures to protect personal data and rights of subjects

AdMiRe Background Extraction Application

This deliverable will provide both the Background Extraction Application and a report of the developments done and the application capabilities At this point the application will be capable to receive the smart device video stream process it and stream out the required image to the InfinitySet graphics engine with the background removed in order to properly insert the spectator in virtual or real scenes

Requirements and Specifications for AdMiRe Solutions

Description of the user consultation process and the resulting user requirements which will feed into the AdMiRe system specification

Project Handbook and Quality Plan

This report contains general operational information including contact details reporting processes communication protocols and document templates and numbering methods logos et cetera Quality plan elements include information about technical quality control risk logs and the procedures for risk monitoring decisionmaking and conflict resolution

Dissemination Implementation Plan

This deliverable will provide the plan guiding the implementation of the dissemination strategy It will be subject to revision and will detail all dissemination methods and quantified key performance indicators for each method

AdMiRe Super resolution Application

This deliverable will provide both the Super Resolution Application and a report of the developments done and the application capabilities At this point the application will be capable to receive the smart device video stream process it and stream out the super resolution image to the InfinitySet graphics engine

POPD Requirements

This Deliverable closely linked to D55 will specifically report on personal data protection processing

Promotional Activities

This deliverable will include the following contents Open Day Workshops M24 3 workshops at 3 broadcasters following validation in month 24 The organisation of each workshop and production of workshop report will be the responsibility of end user partners NRK TVR and PRE with the support of BRA and DIS The disseminationleading partner BRA will coordinate the events Fair Programme Activity and Road Show Updates M24 The conference programme at proposal stage includes the annual programme of events around the world at which partners BRA DIS have an active involvement mainly in NAB Las Vegas and IBC Amsterdam This programme will be extended to take account of other partner activities and will be documented in the Dissemination Implementation Plan D72 will be the responsibility of partner BRA

Assessment Methodology

Description of the assessment methodology the QoE models and subjective testing methods used

AdMiRe Mobile App beta version

This report will describe the required developments and de capabilities of the first test version of the AdMiRe App It wont be capable to stream but it will already include the final interface the capture capabilities and the capture wizard This deliverable will also provide a link to download and install the app

AdMiRe Virtual Control Room

This deliverable will provide and describe the AdMiRe Virtual Control room It will explain its capabilities and will include a user manual detailing all the required operations to make use of it It will be capable to receive the smart device video stream and stream back audio and text for the communication VCR operatorspectator

AdMiRe Mobile App Release

This report will describe the required developments and de capabilities of the release version of the AdMiRe App It will contain the whole proposed functionality including streaming in both directions This deliverable will also provide a link to download and install the app

Mobile Device Capture/Streaming Module

This report will present the mobile device capturestreaming module part of the AdMiRe Mobile App will describe its API and will provide an easy example of use both to facilitate the implementation of the AdMiRe Mobile App and to demonstrate its functionality

Validation Procedure

Description of the procedures to validate the correct operations of the AdMiRe system according to the user requirements The report includes the way of reporting problems and further recommendations

Data Management Plan

The deliverable required for projects participating in the Open Research Data Pilot in Horizon 2020 comprises the type of data generatedcollected on the project the standards to be used the exploitation of the data for verification and reuse and the preservation of the data and will be generated during the first six months of the project

Project Website

This deliverable will provide both the logo and the website of the project on which new contents will be updated as the project evolves
