Objective The works on high resolution experimental nanodosimetry based on use an experimental set-up called ''JET COUNTER'' will be continued. The idea of JC has been presented during recent Symposium on Microdosimetry at Gatlinburg. The basic aim is to use this technique for experimental testing of ''invariance theoreme''. This will be done in the experiments where relative frequencies of single and multiple ions created in the simulated nanometer sized sites in the range of 1- 100 nm by a charged particles beam will be determined. At first the low energy, 100-3000 eV, electron monoenergetic beam is planned to be used. The experimental data will be compared with the calculations of Dr Barders and Dr Leuthold groups as well as with the experimental data obtained with different technique by Legnaro group. As it is known from experiments done on Track Ion Counter and on JC set-up the basic difficulties in reaching satisfactory results is to attain the ''clean'' low pressure condition within the interaction - and ion collection area. For that purpose the diffusion pumping system has to be planned to be done in the first year of the coordinated project.
