Obiettivo The project concerns the production of building made of clay, hydraulic binding agent (calcium hydrate), additives and water. Because of the chemical reaction of the binding agent, the reinforcement of the plastic extruded product is carried out in controlled conditions of pressure, humidity and temperature; i.e. in autoclave. In the traditionally brick production the reinforcement of the plastic extruded clay is carried out thermically in a kiln. Preparation of the mixture and its extrusion complete the process. Innovation lies in the additive agent which allows a good stabilization, combined with the extrusion method.
