Obiettivo

It is proposed to coordinate the activities and organization of the most international distinguished European laboratories working in the field of scientific and technological applications to the conservation and restoration of cultural heritage. The initiative has the goal to realize an effective complementarity among the laboratories to be realized through interchange of know-how and joining of resources. A substantial improvement of the highest level of research in this field is expected, together with the spread of common practices and promotion of protocols. The final long-term objective is the creation of a distributed European Large Scale Facility in this field.
