Objective
The proposed project consist in organizing the Romanian Network of FP5 Regional Contact Points, identify Institutional Contact Points and train them on specific issues related with FP5 project preparation such as partner search, consortium development , proposal preparation, contract negotiations, project management, financial issues in preparing and implementing an FP5 financed research project Beside this a wide awareness campaign will be performed publishing articles in relevant media, organizing a television round tables and sending mailings with information on opportunities to respond to calls for proposals
