Objectif
Creation of information dissemination networks in Kazakhstan and nearest Central Asiatic countries via Coordination office in Almay in order to low of the EC charges to distribute the information packages and application forms among scientific institutions and undertakings in far regions. In order to involve wide circles of participants the info packs will be distributed in comprehensible languages for local users, search partners, creation of accessible database of EU and NIS researchers. Carrying out the workshops, training, and seminars for potential and current project participants. Cooperation with local governmental, tax, customs, and bank institutions in order to save EU grants from local taxation and duties.
