Enhancement of Customer-Supplier Relationship

Ziel

The goal of this Best Practice Take-Up Action Project is enhancement of CAD-UL's
(CAD-UL AG, CAD-UL Ltd., CAD-UL AB. and CAD-UL Inc. as associated partner)
customer-supplier relationship by considerable improvement of our Customer-Supplier-System (CSS).
The main service goals for this are:
- Improvement/Extending of customer and partner integration in the life-cycle management of projects and services
- Providing news, changes and additional information about our products
- Enhancement of maintenance service
- Simplifying the upgrade and update process and service
- Simplification of trading
- Integration of an embedded project management for partners in hard- and software
- Integration of a customer feedback by continual customer surveys
