Objective Our goal is to study the relationship between learning ability NMDA receptor and LTP using the PSD 95 mutant mice. In vitro studies show that these mice exhibit larger LTPthan wild type. We will induce LTP in vivo on mutant and wild type mice before and after groups of both types will be subjected to a battery of spatial and non-spatial learning task.
