Objectif To build an electrically powered production line which uses vegetable or wood waste and based on a suspension type gasifier linked with a dual fuel motor. The mechanical energy of the system should drive an alternator and recuperate heat in a steam generator.Since the gas generated was not sufficiently pure the project was abandoned prior to installation of the dual motor.A horizontal cyclone gasifier is used, equipped at one end with a high temperature (500-600 C) motor ventilator to facilitate gas recycling and the suspension of flax residue. The other end is heated to 100 C to facilitate gasification with the introduction of air. To inject into the system the vegetable or wood waste a rotating sieve is used. the combustion air is preheated in an external exchanger by the gas produced.
