Objective TO ACHIEVE A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF THE STRUCTURE, CHEMISTRY AND PROPERTIES OF CORK AND TO COMBINE PHYSICAL MODELLING AND EXPERIMENTAL CHARACTERIZARION TO GUIDE THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW CORK-BASED PRODUCTS WITH NEW OR IMPROVED PROPERTIES.
