Production cases on knowledge management tools implementation based on intelligent agents technology

Objetivo

Knowledge Management systems can strongly contribute and determine the reorganisation of company production processes. The aim of the present proposal is an assessment of Anthropocentric Technology selection and Dissemination Action to foster the large scale utilisation of Knowledge Management solutions in the SMEs manufacturing processes through the following approach:
1. Identification and selection of 10 knowledge management systems;
2. Benchmarking analysis of selected KM systems;
3. Definition and packaging of successful production cases Off: KM solutions;
4. Realisation of self assessment interactive web based tool for manufacturing SMEs.
