Objetivo

Development of a new and reliable tool to reconstruct the co2 levels of past atmospheres based on 13c/12c ratios in fossil leaves. The method will be calibrated by comparison with the stomatal density of the leaves studies and the isotope measurements will be carried out on specific components to avoid any fossilisation bias.
