The European Commission is inviting the submission of proposals in the field of conservation for the LIFE-Nature selection round for 2000 to 2001. Eligible projects will aim at conserving natural habitats and wild flora and fauna, and can be submitted by residents of Member States or countries associated to the scheme. An application file including specific details on eligibility and procedures, as well as the relevant application forms, can be obtained from the competent national authorities, or from the Commission's website at: URL: http://www.europa.eu.int/comm/environment/nature/home.htm Proposers are reminded to consult the official call text on the Official Journal of the European Communities.
