Some 3100 kgs of telecommunication satellite will be blasted into orbit midnight European time, on 12 July as the European space agency oversees the launch of Artemis. 'We are prepared for all kinds of circumstances and Artemis will lift-off on its planned date,' said Mr Gottard Oppenhauser, Artemis project manager in French Guyana. Artemis, safe in its protective fairing, is being attached to the launcher. Then, after three days of fueling, everything will be ready for the launch.
