The Commission of the European Communities (DG XIII/E) has published a call for tenders to provide services for the preparation, implementation and follow-up of the different activities which are undertaken in accordance with the aims of the IMPACT 2 programme (the Community programme for the establishment of an internal information services market, 1991-1995). The call particularly concerns IMPACT action lines 1, 3 and 4. Interested parties are requested to submit an offer for: - Expert help to follow and carry out the projects and tasks; - Secretarial support; - Ad hoc services ordered by the Commission; Full infrastructure for the efficient functioning of the services; - Management of the contract. The services provided will be required to be made available at a location which permits close and frequent contacts with the relevant staff of the Commission's services in Luxembourg. Tenders may be submitted by any undertaking, establishment or body established within the Community.
