Commission approves waste management scheme in Germany
The European Commission has approved an aid scheme for a waste management programme and pollution control measures in Niedersachsen, Germany. The aid intensity differs according to the eligible costs and may not exceed, for SMEs, 35% for applied R&D, 40% for investment projects, and 50% for consultancy measures. The budget for 1994-98 is approximately ECU 12 million annually (ECU 5 million for the rest of 1994).
