Mid-term evaluation of the TELEMAN programme
The European Commission has publishes a mid-term evaluation of the TELEMAN programme. The report presents the results of an independent evaluation. The evaluation covers the management of the programme to date, including its launch, project selection, negotiation and monitoring. It also reviews the activities of the programme, which covers safety and profitability in the field of nuclear fission, particularly in the area of accident management and decommissioning through research and training in the field of remote handling in unstable and hazardous nuclear environments. A number of recommendations are presented on the continuation of the TELEMAN activity.
