Following the recent Council Decision adopting a specific programme in the field of communications technologies, consortia of eligible organizations are invited to submit proposals for RTD projects and accompanying measures as set forth in the work programme. The objectives and tasks covered by this call relate to the following areas: Development and implementation strategies for IBC systems, services and applications; advanced communications technologies; validation of standards and common functional specifications for IBC.
