Focus will be on the barriers, international experience and best practice from a number of research environments.

Topics at the conference are:
- Life and work balance
- Networking
- Coaching and mentoring
- Recruitment and retainment
- Gender budgetting
- Excellence

The conference targets decision-makers, heads of units, researchers and HR staff in research environments.

This conference is organized by 'frAU' - Female Researchers at Aarhus University, in collaboration with MEP Britta Thomsen (PSE).Further information and registration at http://www.wia.au.dk/
