Training course “Marie Curie Actions - Individual Fellowships” (Turin, 3rd-4th July 2018)
Main Contents:
- Introduction to the Marie Curie actions and presentation of the IF Actions’ features.
- How to access funding: reference websites (Participant Portal).
- Identification of calls: support tools, suggestions and utilities made available by the Commission to prospective applicants and beneficiaries.
- Structure of the calls for proposals and hints to quickly identify suitable calls.
- The procedure for presenting the proposal: functioning of the PPSS and information requested in different phases.
- Filling out administrative forms: H.I. information, ethical issues, supporting documents.
- How to draw up the researcher's CV: elements to be highlighted and strategies.
- The compilation of the technical-scientific part: guided analysis of the application templates, with a particular focus on the correct:
drafting of the Section Excellence: identification of the objectives and the methodology for the realization of the project, paying particular attention to the definition of the Training and Knowledge Sharing activities and to the quality of supervision;
drafting of the Section Impact: definition of impacts and methodologies for the dissemination and exploitation of project results;
drafting of the Section Implementation: definition of Work-packages, Deliverables, Milestones and management strategies.
- Projects' evaluation criteria.
- Practical tips to build a successful proposal.
THE COURSE WILL BE HELD IN ITALIAN. Courses can also be offered in English on demand. The course specifically addresses the needs of professionals and project managers who are involved in the design of Marie Curie projects, both in the private and the public sector. The course can be an effective tool to help participants to successfully manage projects, as well as to further develop their internal project management strategies. It can also provide a good opportunity to network and to share good practices.
