Information day on INTERACT call for proposals

The INTERACT programme, developed in order to support the Commission's INTERREG 3 programme, will soon launch a second call for proposals and has therefore organised an information day on the subject, to take place in Brussels on 29 April.
INTERREG 3 is composed of three strands, which include regional development and cross border cooperation in, among other areas, research, the information society and support for small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs).
The event will provide:
- detailed information on the application process for the call for proposals;
- up to date information on the activities of the five newly contracted INTERACT points;
- the outcome of the needs assessment for INTERREG programmes conducted by the INTERACT secretariat;
- an opportunity to discuss INTERACT project ideas with the European Commission and the INTERACT secretariat;
