Future aircraft architectures tend to higher level of distortion at the Fan inlet. The project intends first to develop a software aimed at finding out a design of a proper distortion device that would generate a pre-defined distortion map. Then, a second part will be devoted to the software validation, by performing wind tunnel tests (without any engines) onto various configurations to survey the real distortion charts obtained.
