An evaluation report on the success of the open field days and seminars 3

During rice season, IRTA will organize open field days to present the new rice varieties tolerant to salinity conditions and the new salinity sensor to rice farmers and rice technicians. Out of rice season, in winter, seminars will be organized in order to present the results of the trials to rice stakeholder. Those open days are a referent for the rice sector in Spain, and many farmers from the different rice area in Spain attend them in order to keep abreast the innovation on rice crop.
