Report on communication, dissemination and exploitation activities and socio-economic impact of the action D11.2 - Report on communication, dissemination and exploitation activities and socio-economic impact of the action (M36) This report will: • detail the activities undertaken during the life of the project, its results and established contacts to key stakeholders. • contain an overview of the results and their exploitation and dissemination, the conclusions on the action and the socio-economic impact of the action. Requirements and KPI D10.1 Requirements for LEAN inspection. Requirements analysis and Definition of standard guideline D7.2 The guideline contains open data exchange formats for maintenance in rail business to be a initial draft of a standard. Dissemination and data management plans, including project web site D11.1 - Dissemination and data management plans, including project web site (M6, updated upon needs) This deliverable will cover the following activities: • Setting up and going live of a public website for the project. It will be regularly updated with news and public deliverables and it contains restricted areas for shared content with key stakeholders (e.g. ERA, standardisation organisations, representative bodies and collaborating projects external to Shift2Rail). • Details the objectives and strategy for the dissemination of the project, as well as detailing the methods to be used for dissemination and communication. • Data Management Plan preparation to describe how the Consortium will manage the data produced and consumed by the project. The Data Management Plan will be produced in strict allignment also with the WP7 parterns not belonging to WP11 itself. Open data: a review of the state-of-the-art D7.1 Report contains the state-of-the-art open data exchange formats of other domains including a comparison and recommendations.
