The IN-PREP brand strategy will define its positioning, values, attributes, benefits and development plan .

Recommendations on relevant organizational, policy, social and human factors relevant for system developments

This report will provide recommendations on how IN-PREP complies with relevant legal, ethical and privacy requirements.

Workshop proceedings

The two user workshops as well as participants’ feedback will be reported in D2.4. This input will be documented so as to inform the final version of user requirements.

Standardisation action plan and results (Intermediate)

It will report on standardisation activities within the Action .

Success and failure factors in responding to crises

This report will document the best practices, current technologies and important gaps in responding to emergency situations.

Plan for the dissemination of the project's results (Intermediate report)

Report on the implementation of and impact of WP8 activities to date and any required adaptations to future plans.

Communication strategy and plan

Strategy and plan to inform, engage, create awareness and to promote information about the Action.

User requirements

This document will present the final list of user requirements, as well as the updates that have been made to the initial version.

Information Packs for referenced and networked communication amplifiers

These will include relevant communications resources including content for Communications Partners websites and social media channels.
