Kick-off meeting project report

Presentation and examination of the project time schedule, activities and tasks, as well as deliverables by taking into account the overall project structure, partners’ roles, costs and Gantt chart of the project. Indicator of success will be the demonstrated ability of each partner in the consortium to manage the project tasks and commitments according to a focused and understandable approach.

Project’s Stationery

This deliverable aims to present the stationery produced for the XPRESS Project which will be used for formal communication purposes. It includes, among others: logo and the Brand Guidelines; templates to support the communication and reporting of the project such as deliverable and template; folders and letterhead paper for workshops and events; etc..

Management and Quality Plan

The Project Management and Quality Plan will enclose all the required information needed to adopt a smooth and efficient management of the project from the administrative and budgetary points of view. Through revision of project progresses and reports to the EC the Management and Quality Plan will be implemented to all project procedures (data, reporting, dissemination and communication activities, etc.) in order to ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO 9001 and 14001).
