Objetivo In keeping with the latest European trends in continuing education, the aim of this project is to help people seeking vocational training to select an individual training path. The objective is to validate skills already acquired though personal, or even informal experience and adapt training courses to meet the real needs of the trainee. The partners propose to jointly design and test a professional skills approval system. This methodology will be designed and tested by synthesising the best existing methods. The partnership, which includes training organisations and trade-union institutions, will conduct the project under the joint supervision of training professionals and user representatives. The methodology will be tested in training courses for job-profiles jointly defined by the partners during a previous European project (Euroqualifications). At the end of the project, if the trials are successful, the partners will offer training professionals a validated methodology and, possibly, evaluation software that will be transferable from one sector to another. ImpactBy providing continuing training professionals with a professional skills approval and validation method, this project will help adapt training courses to meet trainees' real needs.Contract number : F/96/1/03407/PI/I.1.1.b/FPCDomaine : Continuing vocational trainingContents : Access to vocational training Products : Evaluation tools Certification frameworks/ systems Tutorship Public : Unemployed Young workers Workers in companies Programa(s) ET-LEONARDO DA VINCI 1 - Action programme for the implementation of a European Community vocational training policy Leonardo da Vinci, 1995-1999 Tema(s) I.1.1.b - Continuing vocational training arrangements Convocatoria de propuestas Data not available Régimen de financiación CSC - Cost-sharing contracts Coordinador AFPA - DT LYON VENISSIEUX Aportación de la UE Sin datos Dirección 35 Boulevard JODINOT 69632 Venissieux Francia Ver en el mapa Coste total Sin datos
