Objectif There are distinctive features in marketing and advertising in almost every country in the European Union. Experience has frequently shown that difficulties may arise if firms transfer national marketing and advertising concepts unchanged to other countries. Differences in thought patterns and behaviour must therefore be taken into account when drawing up marketing plans. As a result, a plan or curriculum will be developed for training marketing specialists who have already mastered the elements of strategic and operative marketing, and now wish to apply this knowledge with an additional understanding of other countries' marketing strategies. The design of the course will be as practical as possible. The preparatory phase of the project will determine the needs of medium-sized firms in the participating countries and involve them in the design and evaluation the curriculum. The curricula developed will be tested practically through courses whose target groups are unem-ployed high-school graduates with vocational training or work experience - any necessary amendments to the courses will be made at this stage. The result will be a continuing education curriculum whose syllabuses are, to a large extent, the same in all of the participating countries but which will also be able to accommodate national differences.ImpactThe project aims to create a uniform European qualification. The main objective, however, will be to create the conditions for employment, especially in SMEs. The curriculum will be able to be integrated into instructional programmes and it will be made available to medium-sized firms for the continuing education of workers.Contract number : D/97/2/00686/PI/II.1.1.b/FPCDomaine : Continuing vocational trainingContents : Vocational qualifications New job profiles Evaluation of vocational trainingProducts : Certification frameworks/ systems Description of new occupational profiles Group training with tutor Public : Trainers, designers & managers of training programmes Managers/ Owners of SMES Unemployed Programme(s) ET-LEONARDO DA VINCI 1 - Action programme for the implementation of a European Community vocational training policy Leonardo da Vinci, 1995-1999 Thème(s) II.1.1.b - Investment in continuing vocational training contents and methods Appel à propositions Data not available Régime de financement CSC - Cost-sharing contracts Coordinateur MERKUR AKADEMIE Contribution de l’UE Aucune donnée Adresse AMALIENSTRASSE 81 76133 Karlsruhe Allemagne Voir sur la carte Coût total Aucune donnée
