Objective
The main scope is to develop a totally new and technologically advanced light structural element with a low seismic vulnerability rate to facilitate the rescue operations after an earthquake, minimize the risks posed by the collapse of the structure during said operations, and reutilization of the slabs, tending to zero- waste material. The slab will be easily assembled and disassembled in order to improve the rationalization of the construction. This will allow the reutilization of the slabs. The fact of the low weight of the slab will provide safeness during an earthquake reducing its vulnerability and also will allow an easier removing of debris after a disaster. To achieve those objectives, the consortium is formed by material's company, construction company, universities and research institutes, combining the material and construction experience and the capacity to develop theoretical studies.

Funding Scheme
Funding scheme (or “Type of Action”) inside a programme with common features. It specifies: the scope of what is funded; the reimbursement rate; specific evaluation criteria to qualify for funding; and the use of simplified forms of costs like lump sums.
