Objective Five major objectives of the network can be distinguished: Objective 1: Joint conclusions about how assessment techniques are used, which experiences with existing tools have been made, which results for road safety measures have been reached and which barriers have appeared. Objective 2: Identification of factors that prevent the use of efficiency assessment tools and major shortcomings of current analyses of road safety measures, suggestion of ways in which shortcomings can be overcome. Objective 3: Developing and improving tools for efficiency assessment. Objective 4: Testing the applicability of developed tools and/or approaches in real situations. Objective 5: Planning the implementation of the results of Rosebud.
