Short note summarizing the stakeholder needs for the forecast portal

This deliverable will include a summary of the stakeholder needs for the forecast portal based on the results of enduser workshops held to identify stakeholder expectations wishes and needs

Public Participation Plan

The Public participation plan will detail which stakeholder groups should be addressed how and when they should be engaged as well as what the expected outcome of these activities will be Considering citizens in such a plan we will define which citizen science activities will be employed to capture their attention towards environmental issues in order to look at such issues through scientific eyes

Description of BMPs and policies and associated scenarios for water pollution control and flood mitigation measures

The deliverable will map the coupled socioeconomic and environmental dynamics in the Mar Menor identifying potential actions to counteract negative dynamics and draft a conceptual model

Communication, Dissemination & Exploitation Plan

The report will outline and detail the strategy for the different communication activities that will be employed during the project based on the different target audiences addressed in this project The communication strategy includes a project website where to find all public information and news about the project social media campaigns creation of blogs launching specific hashtags communications and press releases communication during academic initiatives open days sciences cafes local science fair and Researchers Night events

Complete GOTM-WET model setup for Mar Menor

This deliverable will demonstrate the complete GOTM-WET model setup for Mar Menor, including a tested coupled watershed - lagoon model for Mar Menor.

Blueprint for a full-fledged system for environmental intelligence (third version)

By the end of the third year of the project, this task will include a Blueprint on Environmental Intelligence, based on the collaboration between the five projects funded under the topic of Environmental Intelligence (I-SEED, RAMONES, RESET, WATCHPLANT and SMARTLAGOON).

Joint Collaboration Task Work Plan

Selected projects funded under the topic of Environmental Intelligence will develop a collaboration plan in M6 including common activities such as a summer school scientific workshop a special issue in a multidisciplinary journal related to environmental issues or Knowledge Transfer Sessions with policymakers and relevant stakeholders This collaboration plan can be updated during the project lifetime

Blueprint for a full-fledged system for environmental intelligence (second version)

By the end of the second year of the project, this task will include a Blueprint on Environmental Intelligence, based on the collaboration between the five projects funded under the topic of Environmental Intelligence (I-SEED, RAMONES, RESET, WATCHPLANT and SMARTLAGOON).

Technical brief on the environmental, economic, social and legislative conditions and constraints of the Mar Menor region and thematic maps to be used in task 3.2

The deliverable will include a review of current legislation influencing the water use and quality in the Mar Menor catchment a targeted document analysis of local and regional strategies and an assembly of historic statistical socioenvironmental data

Report on results of machine learning approaches for flood, algal bloom and hypoxia predictions

This deliverable will check the efficiency of the application of new machine learning algorithms for predicting stream discharge, flood events, algal blooms and hypoxia.

Report on sensing technologies validation at Erken lake

This deliverable will define the environmental variables that should be acquired to improve the management of Mar Menor and compare these when measured by both conventional and unconventional means Data will be available from conventional monitoring and laboratory analysis at Erken lake

Report: Sustainability of the Mar Menor region - A participatory system dynamics conceptual model

This deliverable will show a system dynamics (SD) model capturing coupled socio-environmental dynamics in the Mar Menor catchment using Vensim software.

Report on socio-environmental variables publicly available

This deliverable will show all openly socioenvironmental available data needed for model development in WPs 3 and 4

This deliverable will show the complete SWAT model setup for Mar Menor including a complete description of the calibration and validation processes

Data Management Plan

The deliverable will establish the projects management on how research data and information particularly facts or numbers are collected examined and considered and to serve as a basis for reasoning discussion or calculation and well as how Smartlagoon ensures open access to research data the right to access and reuse digital research data under the terms and conditions set out in the Grant AgreementThe DMP D69 will also include detailed information on data management procedures including detailed explanation about the relevance of all the data targeted and limited to the purposes of the research project in accordance with the data minimisation principle description of the technical and organisational measures that will be implemented to safeguard the rights and freedoms of the data subjectsresearch participants description of the security measures that will be implemented to prevent unauthorised access to personal data or the equipment used for processing description of the anonymysationpseudonymisation techniques that will be implemented in case of further processing of previously collected personal data an explicit confirmation that the beneficiary has lawful basis for the data processing and that the appropriate technical and organizational measures are in place to safeguard the rights of the data subjects
