Objetivo The aim is to demonstrate the intelligent solutions for typical new high profile office-buildings with extensive use of IT-systems, relevant for easy and large-scale replication in many types of buildings.The overall goals of the actual ECO-building are:- To reduce the energy consumption and CO2 emission related to cooling by 75-80%.- To reduce peak load of cooling to less than 50% of average load.- To reduce the heating energy consumption and related CO2 emission by 35-50%- To integrate use of renewable energy, > 30%.- To reduce energy consumption for general lighting to below 50% of practice.- To increase the quality of the working and social climate.- To disseminate the used ECO-solutions of the high-profile building.
